Lights for night swimming. Slide, toys, basketball and volleyball. Large patio and pavilion. Two grills and pool house with fridge. Fire pit for s’mores.
Swim at your own risk. Owner not responsible for accidents or injuries. Additional charges if anything is broken or destroyed.

Jumping off patio into pool at DEEP END ONLY feet first.
Garbage must be brought up to the upper deck near the screen porch and put in the green trash can at the end of the party.
Pool area must be left neat and tidy as it was when you arrived. Toys and floats must be put near swing and brown bench.
Pool house has fridge for your use.
Pool house has changing area.
Utility room is off limits.
