Welcome to my backyard oasis that is perfect for any occasion! A chill pool day, a little get together, or even a birthday party. I have an inground pool, a children's playground area, a trampoline, a fire pit, a hammock, and plenty of seating which includes patio furniture and tables with chairs and umbrellas! I also have outdoor lighting around the yard . Swim at your own risk, no lifeguard on duty! other items included for use (some include a fee) are ; a propane grill ($20 flat fee), an outdoor cooler (must bring your own food, drinks, and ice) pool floats and rafts, corn hole boards ($10 flat fee) , pool toys which include the sinking rings and sticks that you dive for. A speaker for music ($10 flat fee) and 2 tanning lounge chairs. There’s also a basketball hoop outside of the fence in the driveway. If you want to come early to setup for a party, it’s $10 per hour that you come early. I have a portable restroom for guests to use when I’m not home. There is a little trash bag that goes in the “toilet” and a roll of toilet paper for use, please dispose of the little trash bag in the big black trash can located in the backyard next to the deck. Please make sure everyone knows how to swim or bring your own life jackets/ puddle jumpers for the younger children , etc. There is a large black trash can in the back yard, please be sure to clean up and dispose of anything using that.
