Newly renovated private serene backyard with Santorini vibes. Everything you need for your party or relaxing getaway needs. Pool, jacuzzi with multi colored lighting. Pool also has Baja shelf for tanning/lounging. Pool will be heated to at least 80 degrees, additional heating available for a fee. Jacuzzi heating included with booking(100degrees). Backyard has lots of shade throughout the day. Furniture includes outdoor sofa, swing chair, arm chairs and dining table with bench and chairs. Perfect for kids birthdays or chic sunset parties. Grill, Basketball court(half court), fire pit, music speaker, and heat lamp available for use (for a fee). Other extras available as well.

Choose this option if you want higher pool temperature(81-88) vs than the standard 80 degrees. You can let me know your preferred level when booking. Flat fee covers up to 88 degrees. Request must be made at least 24 hours in advance because pool heats at rate of 1 degree per hour.
