22 ft wide x 42 ft long with x 9'-6" deep with a commercial 12'-0" long diving board. Lazy Lounger with jacuzzi jets. Lots of seating areas. Full Sun in late mornings partial shade in deep end in afternoon.
Quiet street with little traffic. Park in street on same side as house.
