Villa Positano

1928 romantic Mediterranean villa perched in the hills of Los Feliz with commanding city and mountain views. It is a very private and large property surrounded by trees and lush greenery. Pool side gazebo offers shade and a nice breeze to relax to the peaceful sounds of two running fountains. A round table with 4 chairs and an umbrella located in front of the blue tiled fountain is a serene place to dine. Upper patio with a Moroccan style gazebo includes a hammock and overlooks the pool terrace. It is a very large patio and it is the perfect place to set up tables and chairs for dinner parties. It offers expanding views of city night lights and skylines with the ocean on the horizon, as well as a beautiful sunset and often a magical moon. Whether you just want to have a relaxing and quiet afternoon by the pool during the day, or would like to celebrate with a large crowd, Villa Positano offers many possibilities. The pool, the fountains and the surrounding property is lit at night and creates a magical scenery against the city. Pool heater, and folding tables and chairs for parties can be arranged and offered at additional fees upon request. Any other requests, needs or ideas for your events are welcomed, and they would be met with effort to make your time and experience at Villa Positano special.
