You can leave 2 kitchen sized 13 gallon trash bags in my garbage and I will dispose of them. I will provide the bags for your group. All other trash must be taken with you.

Need a mini bar fridge to store food or drinks, skip hauling ice and book me! The outdoor mini fridge will be emptied for your use.

30 Minutes Setup Time

Need extra time to setup up before a group. Choose this amenity. It allows up to 4 people to come 30 minutes early to the property to setup, swimming is not permitted during this time.

Large Black Inflatable event space. 20X16.5X12Ft - Event House, Inflatable event Tent. Includes 4 LED lights with remotes, great for night events. Gets hot inside during the day. Add the cocktail tables and this a great vibe, setup a bar inside, or create a chill zone to hangout. When setup it will take most of the lawn space. Add the cocktail tables to make your event amazing.

60 Minutes Setup Time

Want to set up your event, then choose this amenity to allow yourself 60 minutes before everyone arrives. This 60 minutes is for up to 6 people on the property, and no swimming is permitted.
