Welcome to 🍭Lolli & Pop’s Pool, playground, and backyard fun! We’ve turned our 3,500sf. backyard into a fun & functional space for our kids and grandkids and we want to share it with you! You will have access to the entire backyard, which has a privacy fence around the perimeter and backs up to a beautifully wooded area, and because we’re on a hill, the neighbors have no real view..very private for a neighborhood. The 18x36 saltwater pool features two fountains, diving board, and slide going over LolliPop Lagoon..but the fun doesn’t stop there. On one end of the pool…first, a lounge area for the little ones. Then, under the natural shade, a custom play area for small children featuring a play fort with swing set & slide, a custom painted road system & play area, an enclosed trampoline, a one of a kind interactive “rock box” area, a children’s picnic table, ride-ons for all ages, and other various play equipment. This area also features a 10x20 covered area with an air mover fan. Providing additional shade, it can be customized for your party’s needs. Adjacent to the Poolside Playground, is the covered patio with seating at the high bar, on the sectional sofa, or in one of three hammock swing chairs. Relax and take it all in or enjoy the 55” outdoor smart tv with multiple streaming services. If the sun is too much or you need some privacy, draw the full length curtains. We didn’t just think about the kids…at the other end of the pool, you’ll find a shaded seating area with a sectional sofa, group seating with a fire pit/table, a sunbathing area with zero-gravity loungers, and a picnic table with an umbrella. Around the corner is a large open area that can be set up to fit your needs. One option is our Game Package that includes a ping pong table, giant Connect 4, Tetris Tumbler, Cornhole, Giant Checkers, Velcro Darts, and other various games.
