A private on-site bathrm with a shower & a fully stocked first aid kit provides added comfort & peace of mind throughout ur visit. Stretch out on comfortable lounge chairs or relax on the outdoor couch while soaking up the tranquil atmosphere. A spacious square table is available for enjoying meals, refreshing beverages, or gathering with fam& friends for card=board games. Families will appreciate the basketball net, outdoor toys, & water table, providing hours of entertainment for children of all ages. The yard also offers both sunny & shaded areas, allowing guests to relax in the sun or cool off in the shade throughout the day. Dogs are welcome to enjoy the outdoor space with u; however, for the comfort & cleanliness of all guests, dogs are not permitted in the pool. Owners are kindly asked to clean up after their dogs & dispose of all waste properly. For everyone's safety, absolutely no glassware or glass bottles are permitted anywhere on the property or around the pool area. Planning a bday, fam gathering, shower, or other special occasion? We offer celebration setup services for an additional fee, making ur event effortless & memorable. We can also provide ice, coolers, beverages, & catering services upon request for an additional charge. A BBQ is available upon request. To ensure it is prepared for your visit, requests must be made on the day of your booking so it can be properly set up.
