About the pool

Step into a backyard oasis and relax with friends and family! Heated chlorine pool and hot-tub combo with plenty of room to sit, swim and float! Outdoor table with 6 chairs and umbrella table for shade, 2 poolside lounge chairs as well as a loveseat and additional seating under the patio for shade. Our pool is full sun from sunrise through afternoon. Enjoy the ☀️ in the Sun City!

Additional rules

Guests will be provided with wristbands to wear during the swim session. No glass may be in the area. No food in the pool. Smoking ok with proper disposal- no marijuana. Children must be supervised at all times, potty trained or in swim diapers. No vulgar language/music. No confetti, streamera or silly string, etc. Please be respectful of our space and our neighbors. Towel off before using restroom. Make use of provided trash cans and recycle bin.
