About the pool
Very Private Sport Pool, Basketball, Volleyball, Shaded Table for 10, spa for 9, Chipping Green. Plenty of seating in sun or out. Screen is 40 X 40 so only 20% of the sun rays get through the screen making it much cooler than most. Pool bathroom accessible from the lanai. Plenty of Parking and access is easy with a ramp. 6 burner gas grill and pellet smoker are available for use in the outdoor kitchen. Smokeless fire Pit. No Pets please. LED lighting, Projector, WFI Speakers are all available upon request.
