About the pool

Saltwater pool and hot tub. Kids went off to college and it’s a shame that pool sits unused part of the time. Pool is typically around 89 degrees during summer months so I do not heat it. Hot tub can be set at requested temperature for your arrival or can be used simply as a cool whirlpool with jets running. Fall and spring months or under special arrangements I can heat the entire 20,000 gallon pool but that takes time, typically overnight, and additional charges. Please bring your own towels.

Additional rules

Dry yourself before entering the house for restroom. No running around pool. No diving. No glass containers or bottles. I have changed it to allow smoking but do NOT put any smoking items into any trash can on site. Request in advance and I will ensure metal butt cans are available. No discarding of butts anywhere but the metal cans or smoking will no longer be allowed.
