With a fully fenced 1.1-acre backyard, parking for up to 10 vehicles, and exclusive use of the pool and yard during your reservation, you'll have plenty of room to spread out and enjoy your time together.

Enjoy a spacious in-ground pool featuring:

* Shallow tanning ledge for little ones and lounging * Swim-up bar with seating in and out of the pool * Attached hot tub * Five umbrellas providing plenty of shade, plus comfortable loungers and patio seating * Fully fenced backyard with room to play and relax

Whether you're floating, swimming, celebrating, or simply unwinding, there's something for everyone.

🌿 Private, Peaceful Setting

Our tree-lined backyard offers a quiet country feel while still being close to town. Our chickens live in a secure coop on the property, so you may occasionally see or hear them during your visit. Guests bringing dogs should be aware that some pups may be especially interested in the chickens. If needed, please leash your dog or use the gated covered patio to help keep everyone comfortable. Please do not allow dogs to continuously agitate the chickens.

🐾 Pet Friendly

Dogs are welcome in both the yard and the pool! Reservations include up to 3 dogs. Groups with 4–5 dogs may be approved on a case-by-case basis with the purchase of an Additional Pet Cleaning Fee. Please brush pups before swimming (before arrival or using the brushes provided) and clean up after them while on the property.
