• WiFi: Details will be provided at check-in.
• Parking: Street parking is available. Due to emergency vehicle access, we cannot allow parking onsite. If you have a lot of items to carry, please bring a cart.
• Restroom: Middle door behind cabana.
• Trash: Two trash cans available for use. Please dispose of all trash, including restroom waste, in the large green bin located on your way out.
• Pool & Safety:
- NO GLASS under any circumstances.
- NO food near pool - at cabana seating area only.
- NO running, diving, or climbing.
- NO water balloons.
• Property Use: Our grounds are extensive - as reserved, please enjoy the pool, jacuzzi, firepit, bathroom and the grassy area between the pool and the main house. Kindly avoid wandering beyond these designated spaces for your safety.
• Reminders:
- Leave all furniture, including tables and chairs, in place.
- Kindly clean up all trash, including food and beverage containers.
- Security cameras are in constant use to ensure safety.
- No commercial photography/video permitted.
- No alcohol permitted.
