You will have access to everything in back yard pool is 5ft I have life vest also basketball court grill bathroom is a portapotty with a sink tables and chairs to accommodate 25-30 ppl also have some pool tools water guns and some out door table games and you can also bring your own if have any questions about days times and pricing for something not listed message me for better pricing
