A $250 security deposit is required for all events serving alcohol. This deposit helps cover potential damages and ensures responsible use of the space. A full refund will be issued within 48-72 hours after the event, following a property inspection confirming no damages or violations.

Rain Date Policy

In the event of rain or inclement weather, you may reschedule your booking 1X at no additional charge, based on availability. The new date must be within 14 days of the original booking. No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to weather, but I’ll work with you to find an alternate date.
