Rent our 40’x20’ heated salt water pool with jacuzzi for your pool parties, birthday parties, and family get togethers. This is the largest pool on Swimply in Midland at over twice the size as most listings. We just installed a water slide and also have a small diving board. Conveniently located in Midland Trinity. Covered patio attached to main residence has new patio table and chairs, chaise lounges, and 72” flat screen TV. Access to full bathroom and kitchen in main residence. New 34’x15’ covered patio looking down on the pool. Grill on the Blackstone, Weber Gas grill, wood BBQ pit / smoker, or fire ring. Plenty of parking in circle drive and nearby Trinity Park if needed. Pool and back yard is well lit for night parties. Ok to bring additional tables and chairs and decorate. No glass bottles please.
