About the pool

Shaded area but a very warm pool. Small seating area around the pool deck . There is no grass around the area it is all cool decking . We also have mosquito treatment every 2 weeks for mosquito control and weekly professional pool service. Outdoor speaker available we can gladly set to your radio station. Patio string lights can be set after 6pm.

No glass or liquor. I will provide a trash bag please dispose of the trash in the back driveway there is a receptacle near the fence. No diving. I will provide no additional insurance nor will I provide a life guard or monitor . Swim at your own risk.Keep a phone charged at all times in case of emergency .
