The expansive indoor & outdoor amenities elevate the experience, featuring a sparkling pool with a charming gazebo & outdoor TV area, perfect for lounging or entertaining. Guests can enjoy recreational options like putt-putt golf, pickleball, basketball courts, & a pool table in the gaming & lounge area. In the evenings, unwind by the fire pit or stroll around the scenic pond as you soak in the peaceful ambiance. 50x50 pre-prepped area set for bouncy house, tent & decking for additional entertainment while hosting guest. Outdoor his & hers air controlled restrooms. EV charging station & over 55 parking spaces onsite for you & your guest with available extra spaces right next door. In order to provide alcohol at your event you must sign a release form. For guest over 50 event insurance is required with a licensed bar tender. Avg $75-200 depending on event. Third party charge.

Music must be restricted to low volume after 12am.
