The property sits on 12.22 acres of secluded land, a quarter mile off the road. It features a 20x40 in-ground pool with a pool house, complete with a small refrigerator and electricity. Additionally, there is a volleyball net, disc golf, and plenty of parking available. We have a porta-potty On-site, you play disc golf You will be responsible for the lost disk. For those interested, there is a three-acre pond on the property. No children allowed outside of theswim area unless accompanied by an adult. All infants must wear a swim protected diapers. Please note that if you are renting the property for a child's party, each child must have a lifejacket or floaters on at all times. Also, every person will be accounted for.
