Soak in the sun in our relaxing hideaway! Located on a secluded preserve, you will be surrounded by views of nature in this beautiful retreat. Enjoy the sounds of the water features as you relax on one of two baja ledges surrounding by the soaring trees in our 35'x 35' pool. Dry off by the outdoor fireplace or let the kids take a jump in our 10x17' trampoline (premium charge). Seating: We offer one umbrella and seating for 14 (dining table for 6, conversation set for 4, and 4 lounge chairs.) Restroom: You and your guests will have direct outdoor access to well appointed and beautiful restroom in the main house for your exclusive use during your visit. Parking: We can comfortably accommodate 3 cars in the driveway and 3 in front of the house. Please message host if arrangements for more need to be discussed. We look forward to hosting you! We are happy to discuss special requests or things to make your event or family gathering really pop! Privacy: Hosts may be on site during your rental but will respect your privacy during your event. The view from the pool is directly on a nature preserve. The portions with neighbors are separated by an 8' fence. The pool feels very private. Refer to listing photos.
