No pets of any kind. There is no smoking or vaping in the screened in-porch, inside, or on the front patio. If you'd like to smoke, please do so on the back patio (stone area) and use the provided ash tray. If cigarette butts have to be removed from the property, an additional fee will be charged. No sound systems or bands, unless previous discussed and approved by the host. All vendors must be disclosed and allowed by the hosts at least a week before the event.
