Hot Tub

The hot tub is the life of the party in this backyard oasis. It takes about 30 minutes to heat, so please give sufficient notice if you'd like the spa heated. We usually keep it at about 96-98 degrees but are willing to go as high as 105 degrees. Just let us know your preference.

Speakers

We have an Alexa Echo with Spotify and other streaming audio that can be used. We ask that the volume be turned down by 9pm and the music turned completely off by 10pm. This is just a show of respect to our neighbors.

Heated

The pool takes quite some time to host all the way and a large amount of gas. We request you give us at least a day's not8ce if you would like the entire pool heated.

Ice chest

We are happy to provide an ice chest should you need one. Please bring your own ice and drinks.

Grill

It's a simple grill for now, but it works great. I grill on it regular for a perfect medium rare. The fee helps us cover costs for cleaning, set up, and propane. We will make sure the grill is cleaned and ready to go for you.

Wifi

We have a dedicated wifi for pool guests. All access gets cleared with each rental.

30-minute Early Setup

Only valid if there is no booking directly before yours. Up to 5 people are able to come set up early. No guests should be in the pool during this time.

30-Minute Post Event Cleanup

Intended for post-event take down and clean up. Pool should not be in use, and no more than 5 people should remain to help.
