The home is a beautiful and private home, walking distance to the Columbia mall and Merriweather, the pool is private, gorgeous and secluded, looking out into the forest, a stunning location, also plenty of beautiful space around the pool for events, ample parking etc.

- We do allow music, so long as it is maintained at a reasonable level, and it needs to be completely off by 11 PM. Additionally, as the pool has two ends, one end backs up to a forest, the other backs up to the house, it is preferred that the speakers are on the House side facing across the pool toward the forest.
