About the space
Private, clean and relaxing infrared sauna experience. Our sauna seats two, side by side. Or one comfortably. It is Low EMF and has chemotherapy (light therapy). It also has the ability to connect to your Bluetooth to allow for podcasts or music to be played while keeping your electronics out of the sauna.
Towels will be laid out in the sauna to ensure a clean environment.
Please be sure to grab an additional towel or bring your own to wear into the sauna.
For your best experience, we ask that you come freshly rinsed off to allow your body to detox hygenically. Feel free to bring gua sha stones or ask us about additional detoxing modalities. We can guide you.
Filtered water will be provided.

Should you require a shower after your sauna we do have one on site that is private and sometimes available. If you’d like to request it we will let you know right away if we are able to accommodate.

The space is small so please come only with your essentials. No more than two guests are allowed on the property at a time. When all are accounted for please message us so we can turn on the sauna for you and help with Bluetooth pairing, if desired.
Please keep cleanliness in mind to ensure our space remains hygienic for all.
