About the pool
It's my yard, and my pool...that I do not use very often. It's spacious and ready for your group to enjoy. Plenty of street parking, and the driveway will be open. Inside the main house is the bathroom, which is private and dedicated for your gathering.
The table and chairs (6) are under shaded pergola where grilling can be done.
