Cary Private Forested Sundeck & Partydeck: Optional Screen Porch, Hot Tub, Cool Plunge, Game Room

This sunny private deck outside around the back of our house is available for sunbathing, socializing, gathering, hosting an event, parties, or just relaxing. A secluded wooded and tranquil forest that surrounds you while you're on the deck. Be on the lookout for deer and other wildlife wandering through the yard alongside the stream, and at night you'll hear owls hooting. Deck size is about 16 x 34 feet, for a total of 600 square feet. From mid-April to late September you'll enjoy full overhead sun and privacy due to the wooded back yard right here in Cary suburbs on a large forested lot nearly 3/4 of an acre. At night the space is lit by dozens of overhead string lights for a festive atmosphere in the woods. Overhead spotlights are also available if you choose. A full spa-like restroom including glass shower is located downstairs from the deck adjacent to the indoor family room. You are welcome to use it. Additional optional amenities you can add to your booking include an adjacent outdoor hot tub/cold plunge (we can turn the temp down in summer), an adjacent fully private screened porch with ceiling fan (16 x 16, another 256 square feet) on the same level as the deck. Downstairs is an adjacent indoor game room with upgrades such as pinball and billiards. Free wifi. Furniture for your use includes 6 chairs, 2 benches, 2 reclining chaise loungers, 4 Adirondack chairs, a side table and a beverage cart. A table and 2 chairs are on the lower patio. In the optional screen porch there is a 3-person sofa, a loveseat, 2 chairs, and 4 tables. If you have a favorite tanning chair or lounger, bring it to use. And you're welcome to bring any food or beverages you choose. Because the sundeck is extremely private in its location and screened on all sides by trees (see photos), sunbathers often ask via message if clothing optional tanning is OK, and it is.
