It's a secluded wooded and tranquil forest that surrounds you while you're on the deck. Be on the lookout for deer and other wildlife wandering through the yard alongside the stream. Deck size is about 20 x 40 feet, for total of 800 square feet. This outdoor deck is the only portion of the house that is being offered. Additional optional amenities you can add include an adjacent outdoor hot tub/cold plunge, an adjacent fully screened in porch on the same level, about 20 x 16 feet for an additional 320 square feet., and a downstairs adjacent family room with upgrades such as pinball and billiards.
