Private oasis in the middle of a StL city neighborhood. Private fenced backyard, in-ground, saltwater pool with tanning ledge (12x24). This hidden gem is the perfect place for R+R. Guests have access to a seamless check in experience where they have use of all backyard amenities including: - Patio furniture - Dining area - Grill - Chaise lounges - Patio umbrellas - High end pool floats - Lockers - Fire pit - Pool wifi Sunroom sitting area with refrigerator and adjacent bathroom with shower available for guest access. Festive hanging lights and pool lights for night. Complimentary water and towels. Pool snack bar items offered for sale. Guests are responsible for their own safety while on the premises and will be required to sign a liability waiver. Private Gatherings Pool is rentable for gatherings, dinner parties, birthdays, showers, holiday get-togethers, graduations, etc. Two hour minimum.
