Pool Party Paradise

Host your ideal party or get-together — Access to a private Guest House with Kitchen including Full sized Refrigerator/Freezer, Range, Microwave, Coffee Pot, Sink, and Full Bathroom Access with Shower. Third-party vendors are welcome to help elevate your event. The backyard sits upon a hill overlooking a beautiful tree lined creek. There is plenty of seating in and around the pool. There is also a covered outdoor patio with couch, swivel chairs, fans, coffee table, and TV. There is a round table and big rectangle table. There are also plenty of pool floats available for use. Before or after swimming you can shoot some hoops on the basketball goal or play a friendly game of horse. Plenty of driveway and street parking available for guests. Guest house has a living room and bedroom available for rent during your reservation. We love pets and they are more than welcome to swim, but due to extra cleaning required they must be included in the total guest count and fee added. Thanks for understanding!
