The Hi High House Mills50

The Hi High House is a hidden haven in the Colonialtown North neighborhood, within a few blocks of the unique shops, restaurants, and watering holes in the Mills50 district. This bohemian sanctuary offers a roof-top deck, covered carport for the brief afternoon storms, and a large salt water pool that was built in 2024. We love shaggy bamboo, upcycled materials, windchimes, flowers, and questionable yard art. Spend some time with us and forget you’re in the middle of the city. Our pool is almost 7 feet deep in the middle and has a very short shallow end, which is not suitable for poor swimmers without life jackets or for young children. (BYO lifejackets.) Our pool features an optional volleyball net (request setup in advance,) stairs with a railing on the shallow side, and a bench for lounging on the deeper side. Salt water pools are great therapy for people with skin or lung conditions! In the summer, the pool is mostly shaded after 2pm, but it’s bright and sunny most of the morning, keeping the water cool and refreshing in those hot summer months. Please note - we love kids and it's okay to bring them, but we cannot host all-kid parties at this time. Our property isn't really appropriate for a herd of kids.
