The BallRoom features a regulation Basketball Hoop. (Dunking Permitted, BUT DO NOT HANG ON THE RIM OR YOU WILL BE CHARGED)

The BallRoom is large enough to accommodate a Pickleball or Badminton Net, which are both included amenities for your enjoyment.

The WiFi code is posted on the Router, which is located next to to the Living Room TV.

The Ground Floor Bathroom has a Shower Only. The Upstairs Bathroom has a Tub / Shower Combo.

Speakers

The BallRoom features a Huge Party Speaker with various settings including Bluetooth and Amazon Alexa connected device (DO NOT MOVE). The Living Room TV uses a set of Bluetooth Tower Speakers (MAY MOVE WITH HOST PERMISSION)
