About the pool

3 acres of property in Leander, Texas. The area is quiet, but the neighbors dogs occasionally bark. There are umbrellas to use on hot, sunny (but not windy) days. The hot tub is available to heat up upon request for an additional premium. The outdoor patio at the pool house has ceiling fans and is available for use. There is a grill available to use for a premium. The bathroom is accessible from the pool house. Wifi is available for use with outdoor speakers. There is an outdoor shower to rinse off before you leave. Come swim in our pool and we hope you’ll come back!

Hot Tub

Hot tub requires time to heat up. At least one hour if outside temps are above 70 degrees. If outside temps are below 60 degrees, it could take up to two hours. Hot tub requires a lot of propane to heat up so there is a premium fee for use.

Grill is available for an additional premium. Grill only - not the meat smoker or pizza oven.

Wifi

Wifi is available upon request. You can stream your music through the outdoor speakers - as long as the music is not turned up too loud to disturb homeowners or neighbors.

There is a bathroom located in the pool house, next to the outdoor grill. The pool house is off limits outside of the bathroom. Guests are NOT allowed to use the game room tables or to walk around in the pool house. There is an outdoor shower on the sidewalk coming into the pool area and it's available to rinse off the chlorine after swimming.
