(Full Day Pricing Only) (8 Hours) Downtown Los Angeles Venue 5 minutes from USC and Exits include the 110 Freeway and 10 Freeway. I am right behind Staples Center in the heart of the City. My venue is 420 friendly inside out and can accommodate up to 300 guest. There are several fans in place, DJ booth, 2 stages, lighting and early booking are eligible for free speaker rental. Overhead VIP room added (4 people max), security is booked thru a professional company. Must have 1 house security per event, they are reasonable at $25 an hour armed. Parking is across the street with 30 spaces first come first serve and plenty of parking along Venice Blvd. There are no noise restrictions or complaining neighbors. This block is know as event row where there are usually several events happening at the same time. Tours are available and yes I do take all bookings.
