Whether you are planning a pool party with friends, a birthday party, or a team or work activity, skip the hassle of hosting yourself and enjoy our yard instead. Enjoy our heated pool, hot tub, extensive shaded seating, fire pit, playground equipment, plenty of lush green lawn for seating or yard games and even in-house catering, depending on availability.

What makes it special

Hot Tub

The hot tub comfortably seats four or five, but has a maximum capacity of seven. Has both water jets and aromatherapy air jets as well as adjustable lighting. We keep the hot tub at 101 degrees, but that can be increased or decreased upon request.

Grill

A pellet smoker and a separate combination flat-top/propane grill are available for use. If available, your hosts would be happy to do the cooking so you can focus on your party.

Speakers

The large portable speaker doubles as a PA system. Has blue tooth function.

Heated

We keep the pool at 90 degrees.

Pool Toys

We have a variety of toys for your use including pool noodles, floatation animals, diving sticks/rings and an inflatable volleyball set.

Towels

Up to 20 pool towels are available for a small laundry fee of $1 each

Playground

We have a sand pit with an enclosed trampoline, a climbing dome and a swing/slide combo. Please try to limit the amount of sand that makes it back into the pool.
