The pool has a very spacious patio with two outdoor dining sets, three patio umbrellas, and dozens of seating options including loungers, hammocks, and swings surrounded by two additional grass yard areas. There is also a large deck with additional seating & a gazebo covered 6 person hot tub. Fun & game options include a poolside ping-pong table, cornhole/bags, washers, ladder toss, oversized connect four, pool basketball, & more. There is also a fire pit, gas grill, pool toys, floats, bluetooth stereo, changing area, and direct deck access to an in house bathroom. The grounds are meticulously maintained and kept as clean and sanitized as possible. The pool is a rectangular 18x36 heated salt water pool that has steps entering a 3.5 ft shallow end that tapers to an 8.5 ft deep end with a diving board.
