If you'd like it at the standard heating temperature which is between 87 and 90 you can add the heated option to your booking. Please keep in mind, we offer discounts on certain days. However, those discounts only apply to groups of 7 or less. Contact me directly if you're looking to heat the pool and hot tub for a custom discounted rate. The instant booking option is available for people who need to book right away whether it's last minute or weeks away (as long as you're booking for 10 people or less). Instant Booking is available for groups of 10 or less. All you have to do is complete your booking request and your booking will be confirmed instantly. This is a great option for people looking for a pool/property last minute or someone who just want their booking confirmed instantly. Property Includes pool and hot tub. We also have 8 6ft tables and 15 chairs free for all guests to use. We also have pool floaties and towels available for free use. Access to bathroom and shower is available for all bookings. Just keep in mind if you're planning to use the indoor space for cooking, hanging out/ partying there will be a cleaning fee added to your reservation. In addition to a great pool, guests can add-on items like Sno-Cone machine, Popcorn Machine and, Cotton Candy machine. All booking with 20 or more guests will be charged a cleaning fee. This property is perfect for breakfast, brunch, dinner, birthday parties, wedding receptions, swimming/ pool parties, and other outdoor gatherings. This is a residential neighborhood so no personal speakers are allowed on the property to respect the neighbors. We have a sound system all guests will be able to access.
