Pool house is in a separate detached building behind my house. Self contained with plenty of parking. You will not need to go through my residence to get to the pool building. Features include: Pool house is heated & cooled year around for a comfortable setting. The salt pool and hot tub is heated at 86 degrees & 101 degrees, unless you’d like them at different temperatures. There are two changing rooms, lockers, drinking fountain, bathroom with a shower, diving board, tv, WiFi and speakers. Very private, and during warmer months you can open the large doors and utilize the patio for a bbq, fire pit & more. Absolutely no smoking or drinking allowed. Kids 10 and under must wear life jacket.
