This tropical resort style oasis is where amazing and memorable times are spent. During Summer months (June - August), we prefer groups of 11+ and bookings for 3 hrs minimum. The backyard is covered in artificial turf ideal for games and lounging, surrounded by succulent & tropical gardens throughout. At night, this entertainers dream lights up for your evening soiree. The entire home is surrounded by intricate pathways lined with concrete stone and concrete tiled pavers surrounded by loose river rocks. WATCH YOUR STEP! Flats, sneakers, and/or sandals are recommended. Pool & Grotto: INCLUDED Whether it's tanning on our loungers, swinging on the hammock, or laying on the tanning ledge in our kidney shaped pool... you are sure to find peace and relaxation. The gas-heated PebbleTec pool & spa also features a bench under a 15 foot waterfall, wrap-around slide, walk-through cave with LED star lights & bench, 3 in-pool bar stools, and 8 person grotto spa (heats up to 104*F - extra amenity) with a rockfall waterfall into the pool. Heating the pool is an extra amenity. Tiki Bar & Grill: INCLUDED (grilling is extra) Our palapa thatch roofed bar & propane grill comes with a bar sink, 2 refrigerators, 2 Bluetooth stereo systems, seating for 9, and a deep freezer. LED lighting throughout. Poolside Private Bathroom: INCLUDED A beautiful Bahama blue Dutch door leads you into a large full bathroom with Kohler toilet, sink, bathtub, and outdoor shower. Hot & cold PRIVATE bar and cafe lounge where you can relax with your own bar and private firepits (based on availability). We live in a double cul-de-sac, lots of parking
