Our bright, scenic studio is just one stop from Manhattan, located in the heart of DUMBO, Brooklyn. Situated on the 7th floor of a newly renovated building, the space features 20’ ceilings, beautiful natural light, and views overlooking the Manhattan Bridge, the East River, and the Manhattan skyline—transforming into a stunning cityscape at night. The studio also includes a moveable wall that functions as a room divider, giving you the flexibility to adjust the layout to fit your vision. The neighborhood offers plenty of food options and is just 3 blocks from Time Out Market, Dumbo-Manhattan View, and Jane’s Carousel. Our studio is perfect for photoshoots, multimedia projects, pop-ups, receptions, workshops, birthday gatherings, book signings, listening parties, screenings, and more. We’re conveniently accessible by train: F train to York Street — 3-minute walk A/C train to High Street — 11-minute walk Street parking may be available directly in front of the building on a first-come, first-served basis (not assigned), with paid parking garages nearby. The building is fully accessible and includes both public and freight elevators, with restrooms located on each floor. Our Studio Includes: -High-speed internet -Bluetooth speaker -Industrial garment rack -4’ rolling table Lighting (strobe, LED, and continuous) and seamless backdrops can be provided upon request, with additional backdrop colors available for a $30 fee. Up to 30 white folding chairs and 6’ white folding tables (up to 6 available) can also be added to your booking as add-ons.
