Welcome to our OKNO location! We offer 40 feet of 10-foot-tall floor-to-ceiling southwest-facing windows in an elevator building just a 30-second walk from the Morgan stop on the L train, in a cool area with lots of restaurants, bars and graffiti art. Absolutely no stairs coming to our space on the fourth floor! Elevator from the street level to our space. Four bathrooms on our floor. The space is climate controlled, so it's always comfortable whether it's winter or summer. We ask that you book your event including set-up and clean-up, each an hour. We rent folding chairs ($20 for 10) and folding tables ($10 each); outside vendors for either item is not allowed. We charge time and a half for overtime.
