This space has direct Southern exposure windows overlooking a City Park scape. It has additional soundproof windows, three exposed brick walls with a Sinker Cypress* wood wall. The space has two distinctive seamless screens, one Eastern the other Western to capture the Southern Exposure light. Access to other spaces needs prior agreement. We are offering the space with a 2-hour minimum with a maximum five people. If you wish to have more than five people you need to reach out to make arrangements for your project.
