About the home

Brooklyn library / meeting room with extensive plants. Approx. 300 ft. rm. with 10 ft high vintage tin ceilings overlooking a Park with Southern exposure light. Plus a 500 ft. loading dock for staging. This is in a 1920s industrial Smoked Fish Factory with a stainless steel elevator.

For production people looking for divergent & distinctive separate spaces at the same four-story location we offer multiple film shoot locations- accessed with our freight elevator. The content of your project possibility can be more than shooting in one space. Just reach out to us with your production needs.

Space has two separate window layers creating soundproofing perfect for audio recording such as interviews etc. Second window is made from quarter inch safety glass strictly for soundproofing purposes.

If the arrangements are that some of the books, vintage literature or displays are to be used as props or moved, we have a PA person who is responsible for removing and replacing all material. Some antiquarian books or 1930s fashion catalogs, for example, are too valuable or delicate to be casually used or move by an unfamiliar person.
