Large 15x30, 3ft-9ft deep pool. Shallow end ends at waterfall with steep drop off into the deep end. Heated with natural gas. Clean, portable ADA restroom on site. Porch available with table and seating for at least 8. Table and 4 chairs next to pool with umbrella, additional table with 3 chairs and 4 large chairs on back fence. 2 additional umbrellas for use for shade next to pool- please put them down when you leave. Dogs on property but will not be outside. Pool loses full sun after 5pm otherwise mostly sun with some shade. Entrance through the gate on the right side of the house.
