Through the patio is an exterior sliding glass door entrance into your private pool room. A private restroom is located in the main home just feet from the pool through an interior sliding glass door to include a walk in shower! Towels, pool side chairs, floats, drop in pool toys, and a cold water dispenser are all included and ready for your use in the pool room. Marquis outdoor premium Hot Tub with jets in all seats is set to a comfortable 102° located in the courtyard available for your party's use (additional premium amenity) . No glass bottles or dishes are allowed in pool room for safety and cleanliness. 4' round table and chairs conveniently set up in pool room for guests and for birtgday parties/celebrations. Food and drinks can be enjoyed in the Pool Room at the indoor table setting. Additional 6' folding table available at no additional costs for guests. Bluetooth speakers and floating remote controlled pool lights available for guests. Swim caps, nose plugs also available.
