Through the patio is an exterior sliding glass door entrance into your private pool room. A private restroom is located in the main home just feet from the pool through an interior sliding glass door to include a walk in shower! Towels, pool side chairs, floats, drop in pool toys, and a cold water dispenser are all included and ready for your use in the pool room. Marquis outdoor premium Hot Tub with jets in all seats is set to a comfortable 102° located in the courtyard available for your party's use (additional premium amenity) . No glass bottles or dishes are allowed in pool room for safety and cleanliness. 4' round table and chairs conveniently set up in pool room for guests and for birtgday parties/celebrations. Food and drinks can be enjoyed in the Pool Room at the indoor table setting. Additional 6' folding table available at no additional cost for guests.
