Our Pool and Spa Awaits Your Party!! Updated 9/1/2024 We want you and your guests to have a great time, lots of fun, and feel safe and comfortable! My property is located in a beautiful suburban area just outside of Philadelphia in Huntingdon Valley. The area is quite private with an outside entrance. I have a jacuzzi which can be heated to a wonderful temperature of 102 degrees (or lower) for a small extra fee. The pool is not too large but large enough to have a good time. The depth ranges from 2 1/2 feet to just over 4 feet. Great for those who are young or afraid of deep water. There is also plenty of shade for those who do not want the sun. There is seating for up to 15 people including lounge chairs and 2 tables for picnicking. Next to the pool is a grassy area for fun and games. We offer Ladder Ball, Cornhole, Croquette and others, or bring your own games. When I am home I will offer my inside powder room for your guests. I also have a shed for changing if needed. Very Important Information: For those who do not like Chorine, I maintain my pool with undetectable levels. If you need to know how, just ask me and I will explain. There are plenty of places around our area to order food for takeout or delivery. If you prefer, you can bring your own hot dogs, hamburgers or chicken which can be cooked on my large grill for an additional fee. For this service I will be your cook. You may also bring your own grill and will be fully responsible for all cleanup. If you need Tiki Torches, I can provide them for an additional fee. There is outdoor lighting if your party goes into the night. All parties must end by 10pm. No underage people are allowed to drink any alcoholic beverages (they will be forced to leave at once).
