Pontoon, Double Decker Pontoon, Wake Surfing or Fishing Boat available for the day on Lake Pleasant with me as the driver. $350 for the day plus gas. 15 year boat driver, wake boarder, surfer.
10 person max for surfing boats and 12 person max for pontoon boat

Bands, Dj’s and music are allowed but are the main concern with neighbors. 10 pm is the absolute cut off for music 🎶 outdoors.
If it’s too loud I will ask for it to be lowered. If it’s not lowered… I’ll ask again. If I have to ask a 3rd time, music is done for the day. I love sharing the house and have had several amazing weddings 💒, but I have to keep the neighbors happy and respect that it’s a neighborhood with families 🙏
