All spirited beverages must be approved in advance. Respect the property and the law. 4. No glass near the pool. Plastic only, please. 5. No diving or rough play. It’s giving grown & graceful. 6. Kids must be supervised. No unattended children, ever. 7. Keep it respectful. Music is welcome—just not block-party loud. 8. Leave it how you found it. Clean-up is part of the deal. 9. Stay within your reserved time. Overtime = extra charge. 10. Smoking away from the pool area (tobacco and Vapes) is allowed. No marijuana at all, or rental can be terminated 11.
