Welcome to your perfect private escape—featuring a hot tub, multi-depth pool, and plenty of space to relax and play. The pool includes a tanning ledge (~10 inches deep) for lounging in the water, shallow ends (~4 feet deep) for casual wading, and a deeper center (~6 feet deep) for confident swimmers. The entire pool area is safely enclosed with a mesh safety fence and gated access—ideal for families with young children (we have a toddler ourselves!). Unwind in the hot tub, perfect for cooler evenings or a relaxing soak anytime. Or, stretch out on the tanning ledge, where you can lounge partially submerged—great for sunbathing while staying cool or keeping little ones close by. Kick back under the covered patio with ceiling fans, comfortable seating, and a built-in grill. Note: the built-in mini fridge is not functional. An ice chest (without ice) is available for a flat fee upon request. A pool umbrella can also be provided with advance notice. Water floats, some sizes of life jackets, kids t-ball, and other toys are available in the outdoor box. A baby pool is also available upon request for younger swimmers. Guest Access & Info Guests may enter the house only to use the downstairs powder room (located behind the stairs by the front door). Please dry off before entering. • Grill utensils and outdoor speakers are not provided—bring your own to complete the experience. • Trash bags not provided—please bring your own and use the bins near the shed. • Street parking only. Please do not block or park in the driveway; access the backyard via the side gate. • No pets or smoking allowed on the property. Please note: The side gate entrance to the backyard is on gravel with stepping stones, which may be uneven. There is one step up from the lawn to access the concrete patio area.
