Perfect family setting for outdoor entertainment

Large fenced backyard including hot tub/ pool with water features. The pool has a strong mesh like fence with a gate around its perimeter to keep little ones safe as we ourselves have a toddler. Outdoor covered patio space with fans, seating and outdoor grill. Please note that the built in fridge in grill space does not work, we do provide one ice chest without ice for a flat fee if you require. Shade umbrella for the pool can be provided with notice. Water floats, splash pad and toys are available to use in the outdoor box during the duration of your stay. Please inflate them and deflate before you leave. Toddler size water table is available to use per request. The inside of house is not for use but guests can come in to access to downstairs powder room behind the stairs by front door. Please dry yourself before entering house. We do not provide grill utensils and speakers. Please bring all you need to have a wonderful time in our backyard. You are welcome to bring trash bags and use our bins near the shed. Off street parking only please. Do not park on or block the driveway to allow us to access our home. Access to backyard is through side gate. No pets please and no smoking
