About the pool

2025 season notes:

The water is not heated and is subject to the cool nightly weather conditions. Current water temp 90° I have added a new 10x20 canopy lounge area and new deck chairs 😎

Nothing too fancy but I have a large privacy fenced backyard in a quiet neighborhood. A place you can make yourself at home.

I'm offering access to my full sun 24ft round 4ft deep above ground pool with attached swim up tiki bar with sitting deck, and tanning deck. I offer 3 tiki umbrellas for shade. Plenty of standard chairs, 4 barstools, 2 tanning loungers, a 2 cushioned loveseats and a picnic table. I have several floats and just bought an air mattress for extra comfort to enjoy some stargazing while floating in the pool. Plenty of tropical banana trees to view from every angle. The pool water has color changing lights to set the mood for after dark hours. The tiki masks and bar light up as well.

If you're having a bigger party please bring extra chairs as needed.

The water is balanced crystal clear, free of algae and not overly chlorinated.

**Firepit, grill, and outdoor heater available upon request. I can provide wood as listed in the amenities or you can bring some stuff to burn 🔥

I have an Amazon Dot Bluetooth speaker for setting the mood. Or you can bring your own as long as it's not crazy loud. I have some neighbors.

4 burner Propane grill and full sized plastic picnic table **I will provide a spatula and tongs** You must bring your own food, utensils, plates, cups napkins, garbage bags and anything else you might need to prepare and serve your food. Use of full kitchen/dining listed under other ammenties.

You can have access to my glass top burner stove, a few pots and pans, and cooking utensils, and the top shelf in my fridge to help with handling meal prep and cooking sides for the grilled meat. 😋 I also have an attached dining room area w/large dining room table and 6 chairs that can be used
