This luxury private paradise has plenty of space to have the most wonderful experience for you and your family or friends. Come relax at this luxurious paradise and have fun with your family and friends or even plan an event for you and your co-workers. Our luxurious pool area does have a grill and basketball court along with other wonderful amenities available as well. A 20% discount is offered during the weekdays for parties of 30 or less occupants. Our luxury indoor restroom is available, however it is free for less than 8 guests or events over $700 with less than 30 guests. The luxury bathroom has to be added on in the amenities for up to 40 guests. We will not allow you to book without the restroom added for more than 8 guests, we do not accept people relinquishing themselves in the yard as a bathroom. For 40 guests or more we can have a portable restroom delivered for you and your guests and let you use the indoor as well. Keep in mind that we do require advanced notice of at least 24 hours to acquire the portable restroom for your event. A trash bin is provided to discard trash at the end of the event. Cleaning fees will be added in the case of trash being left in different areas of the event space.
