Large tree in the middle of the yard gives ample shade at the sectional, while the pool can be used to enjoy the sun. Semi in-ground oval shaped heated pool that is perfect for a relaxing summer day. Steps with safety rails to enter in and out of the pool. Hot tub with 5 seats and one lounger. Fire pit area in the back with seven lawn chairs for comfort. There is also space in the back yard for lawn games. London by-laws state open air fires are allowed between the hours of 4PM and midnight, please respect this. Outdoor sectional that seats 6 people with two ottomans, as well as a 6 chair patio table set. Pool shed that can be used to store coolers and bags out of the way. There are a couple pool noodles and circular floaties for use. Convenient bathroom two steps within the home that can be used. Pool is chlorinated while the hot tub uses bromine and chemicals are kept balanced.
